New Construction
Bloomingdale Construction builds livable homes at affordable prices for families, couples, and individuals in the Rochester area. Our homes cover a wide range of sizes, arrangements, and prices. We enjoy building new homes for families. We can build a new home from the foundation up, however many times we are able to incorporate an existing home into the construction of a new home. We have very talented designers and architects to help develop the concept for the new home. It is very exciting and very rewarding to convert an older home into a completely new home. The greatest compliment we hear is when residents wonder if a home we just completed has always been there.

Renovation & Remodeling
We enjoy and welcome the challenge that remodeling and renovation projects present. Bloomingdale Construction welcomes these projects and provides quality renovation and remodeling construction to all of our customers.

- Remodeling - Bloomingdale Construction has done many remodeling projects. Remodeling is typically less intense than renovating.
